Sound Cannot Travel through Vacum, Why ?

The reason is sound travels in the form of Waves and waves needs a medium to travel, and in vacuum there is no medium to travel through. A vacuumis an area without any air, like space. So sound cannot travel through space because there is no matter for the vibrations to work in.
